The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Technical Sales & Account Manager to support business development efforts, manage customer relationships, and coordinate technical and operational activities related to commercial roofing systems.

This role combines sales, account management, project coordination, and technical support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer-facing interaction and operational involvement. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, technically curious, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced construction-related environment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development while balancing account management, technical support, and project coordination.

Business Development

Develop B2B relationships within the roofing and construction market
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Actively support company growth initiatives

Account Management

Manage existing customer accounts
Support ongoing client communication and relationship building
Support customers with technical system selection based on project requirements

Project Coordination

Coordinate closely with operations and logistics teams
Maintain strong follow-up throughout the sales process
Ensure seamless execution of technical project requirements

Operations & Admin

Prepare quotations and purchase orders
Coordinate deliveries and manage supply schedules
Support day-to-day operational activities related to customer accounts

Ideal Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience within roofing, construction, or related industries
Proven B2B sales and account management experience
Ability to balance customer management and operational responsibilities
Experience working with QuickBooks or similar administrative systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proactive, technically curious mindset

Technical & Industry Knowledge

Knowledge of roofing systems such as TPO, PVC, KEE, or similar commercial solutions.
Familiarity with NOA-approved systems.
Understanding of Miami-Dade roofing requirements preferred.
