The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive revenue growth across Mexico, managing strategic accounts within large private enterprises and public sector organizations.

This role owns the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure, working closely with technical teams and channel partners. Mexico represents a strategic growth market, with a mix of established enterprise relationships and significant greenfield opportunity across financial services, telecommunications, and public sector organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive enterprise revenue, cultivate executive relationships, and deliver mission-critical solutions to strategic accounts.

Sales & Pipeline Execution

Own and exceed assigned sales quota within the Mexico territory
Build and maintain a 4x pipeline, consistently generating new opportunities
Drive account planning, territory strategy, and forecasting

Strategic Account Leadership

Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Manage strategic accounts within large private enterprises and public sector

Stakeholder Engagement

Develop relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Identify customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes
Position ROI-driven value propositions in cybersecurity and network performance

Technical & Channel Alignment

Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers for technical alignment
Work closely with channel partners to deliver aligned solutions
Maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, and observability markets

What Success Looks Like

Achieving key business milestones including:

Consistent quota attainment and territory growth
Expansion within existing enterprise accounts
Strong executive relationships across key industries in Mexico
High-quality pipeline development and disciplined deal execution

Qualifications & Profile

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or networking
Proven track record of quota attainment and new business development
Experience managing large, complex accounts and high-value deals
Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and channel ecosystems
Ability to engage and influence senior C-level decision-makers
Bachelor's degree preferred
