He operates at the intersection of product, field sales, and strategic partnerships, harmonizing complex partner ecosystems and architecting long-range GTM transformations across multi-regional organizations.

Having led organizations accountable for $200M+ ARR ecosystems, Carlos has directed Global 1000 Hyperscaler strategy across AWS, Microsoft, and Google—driving partner-led pipeline through co-sell, CPPO, marketplace, and OEM frameworks. He regularly partners with CXOs in a strategic advisory capacity while building high-performance teams in execution-intensive environments.
