Q3 Virtual Meetup for
Tech Heads LATAM

Marcos Ferreira serves as Vice President of Sales Engineering for Latin America at CrowdStrike, where he leads the regional technical advisory and sales engineering organization. In his role, he works closely with CISOs and executive leadership teams across Latin America to modernize security operations, accelerate cloud and identity protection, and counter sophisticated, evasive threat actors.

With over two decades of enterprise technology and cybersecurity leadership experience, Marcos has built a distinguished trajectory directing high-performing engineering organizations, architecting complex threat-prevention frameworks, and aligning global innovation with Latin American market realities. Throughout his career in enterprise technology, he has established himself as a trusted regional authority on AI-native security, proactive threat hunting, and enterprise risk reduction.

His core competencies encompass AI-driven security operations (SOC), threat intelligence, cloud and identity protection, pre-sales governance, and cross-border technical leadership throughout LATAM.

Carlos Blanco has spent 30+ years teaching Fortune 500 partner ecosystems how to make money together, which is a polite way of saying he's really good at convincing AWS, Microsoft, and Google to play nice. He's driven eight and nine figures in revenue at Citrix, Dynatrace, Jamf, and Calabrio — proof that "channel guy" can be a compliment.

He's also started a company (sold it), started several more (results vary — see: The Big Kaboom, an entrepreneurial venture whose name promises more than a bio can explain), and somehow still finds time to mentor founders and write checks as an angel investor. He volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Big Brothers Big Sisters, so at least the karma's diversified even when the ventures aren't.

In short: he builds partnerships for a living, businesses for fun, and community for keeps.
