The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer to partner with Enterprise Account Managers and support some of Mexico's largest organizations.

This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, solution architecture, and pre-sales leadership. Organizations across Mexico continue to invest heavily in cybersecurity, network visibility, operational resilience, and digital transformation initiatives, making this technology increasingly critical to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Drive technical sales strategies and deliver mission-critical solutions to enterprise accounts.

Sales Strategy & Revenue

Partner with Enterprise Account Managers to develop technical sales strategies
Drive revenue growth across the territory
Support company Enterprise Goals through complex sales cycles

Customer Engagement

Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand business and technical challenges
Build relationships across customer IT, networking, security, and operations teams
Conduct technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering

Solution Architecture

Design and present solution architectures aligned with customer objectives
Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences

Presentations & PoCs

Deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and executive presentations
Develop and manage Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and competitive evaluations
Support RFI and RFP responses

Ideal Candidate Profile

7+ years of pre-sales engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting experience
Strong background in cybersecurity, networking, observability, or network performance management
Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and complex sales cycles
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent
Masters or MBA a plus

Technical Qualifications

DDoS mitigation and protection
Network Detection and Response (NDR)
Enterprise cybersecurity solutions
TCP/IP networking, routing, and switching technologies
Cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
Linux and Windows operating systems

Work Environment

100% remote role based in Mexico
Travel throughout Mexico required
Occasional regional and international travel
